Package #2: Driver Assessment
Assess the proficiency of any Class 1A professional driver. This is an incredibly useful tool when hiring any new company driver. Assess your new applicants in multiple driving scenarios to see ensure the drivers you are hiring meet your proficiency driving standards. What the simulator can do in 30 minutes would take hours and hours of an instructor's time to fully assess in a real truck. Package #3: Professional Development
PDD (Professional Driver Development) Course: We offer two different Driver Development Courses that offer a blended mixture of measurable evaluations with detailed reports along with detailed defensive driving practices in simulated situations and winter skid control. All nicely rolled into a four-hour program shared between two drivers at the same time. Drivers have fun competing with each other yet learning skills that simply cannot be taught in a classroom setting or online PDIC Course. As an employer you will receive detailed evaluation reports and full video recording of each training session that will identify both a drivers strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to pick other specific training modules to ensure your driver's proficiency skills remain at your required standards. EcoDriving: We offer several trianing programs to teach and experiance how to drive in an timely yet fuel efficent manner. Learn as a group. Then compete with each other in actual simulated driving scinerios to add a level of fun to saving time, money and wear and tear on their "real" truck. Defensive Driving: We offer several programs for defensive driving. What sets us apart from all other courses is the interactive use of the simulators throughout the entire learning process. As each defensive driving technique is taught, real visual examples are displayed on the simulator, allowing students the chance to actually "see and feel" what was just shown. Then the students rotate through the simulator to experiment with simulated driving experiences relating to the very topics just taught.
